sahur : sekeping roti wheatmeal + milo o suam
berbuka : 1/2 ekor ikan kembung masak singgang + sayur kangkung + air kosong
supper : 1/2 buku roti gardenia + air kosong
excersice : 150x skipping + 20x push up
matlamat harus di teruskan...
