fasa 1 : hari ke 8 ( hari ke 5 puasa )

terlupa nak update la... ok la ni update pasal makanan lg..hehehehew...mkn saje..

sahur : milo o suam + 2 kpg roti wholemeal
berbuka : 2biji onde-onde + sayur kobis cina + tempe & kentang sambal + air kosong

excersice : 200xskipping

matlamat harus ditempuh...
