sahur : roti wholemeal + air milo o ( nestum 2sudu )
berbuka : ayam rosted + sayur taugeh + air kosong
supper : roti gardenia (70sen ) +air kosong
excersice : 200x skipping
xde benda cite best..tu je nakupdate..fullstop..
